Specialty Coffee Beans

Every bag we offer is single-origin, traceable back to the producer who grew it, and roasted to highlight what that coffee already is rather than impose a house style on top of it. Roasted fresh and shipped from our roastery in Chandler, Arizona.

Our roasting philosophy is simple: get out of the way. Most of our roast profiles are intentionally similar because the goal is to let each coffee's natural character come through. If a producer spent an entire growing season developing something special in their lot, the last thing we want to do is cover it up.

We source from producers we know personally. These aren't names on a spreadsheet. They're relationships we've built over years of visiting farms, cupping together, and learning what each producer does best.
