  • Tasting Notes

When you first taste this coffee, you’ll realize that the acidity is softer and milder than most coffees we offer. The cup has nice mouthfeel and a degree of balance between brightness, body, and cleanly fruited cup flavors. The last batch we roasted had a great honey / granola dry fragrance, as well as praline almond. There’s a spiced apple note in the cup, warming/mulling spice notes. We like to roast this to a level that brings out the silky chocolate flavor, as well as a perceived increase in body.

  • Rwanda Jomba Vunga Production

Vunga cooperative is a coffee mill in Jomba, Rwanda. The Vunga station is at 1463 meters, with coffee coming from the surrounding hills ranging from 1700 to 2100 meters.

  • Packaging Note:

This coffee is roasted to order within 24-48 hours of order. We recommend 2 days rest after roast, so this will be ready to drink when you receive it.
