Honduras Capucas Fair Trade Organic Decaf
It seems like our trend with Honduras is that we grab Fair Trade Organics. That is not on purpose as our article on coffee certifications would show. However, when a coffee like this one stands out like it does its only a bonus.
As for tasting notes, this is yet another Swiss Water® Process decaf that doesn't taste decaf. I love the sweet cocoa that flows through this cup of coffee. There is another hint of something in the cup that I could only place as a sweet syrupy fruit. I chose apricots as my note for it, but it might just be a subtle sweet jam with the fruit being up to your discretion.
