Washed Ethiopian coffees are what made Sagebrush Coffee what it is today. The Oromia coffees haven't been our go-to area of Ethiopia, probably because they just are not as popular. However, this was a must buy.
This coffee is a very Ethiopia coffee. I say that meaning, that it has a floral and complex flavor. It has a muted fruit note, like a plum or maybe more apricot. It's very rich, bold, and clean. I'm glad we're able to offer this one.
