Intriguingly, this Ethiopian coffee is decidedly un-fruity!  With definite notes of Vanilla and Brown Sugar, it's almost like you've put a dollop of whipped cream on top of your morning coffee!  There are some citrus and floral notes to brighten the taste, but don't expect a normal Ethiopian fruit forward coffee.  


About The Farm / Origin


Guji is a sub-city of Sidamo in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR) of Ethiopia. The Sidamo Guji coffee region is located where the Rift Valley meets the Bale Mountains and is home to thousands of small farms ranging in size from 1 to 20 hectares.
