We pride ourselves in providing you beans that aren't only roasted fresh, but roasted on the exact day that would give your coffee the perfect amount of rest for immediate brewing and enjoyment the moment you receive it. But, many of us who are shopping ahead for coffee gifts run that risk of giving someone a stale bag of coffee, and nobody wants that. Here's a quick guide to help you schedule the shipping date of your order so you can get that coffee gift in that delicious freshness window.

First things first, you're going to want to select the coffee you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. 

Once you've added your coffee to your cart and are ready to check out, select the cart icon in the top right corner of your browser.

 Now that you're in the cart, if you look near the bottom, there should be a link that says "click here to add gift note or requested roast date." Go ahead and click on that.

A text box will appear, allowing you to inscribe something. This inscription will appear to us when we receive your order. So if you're looking at scheduling ahead, this is the place to do it. Specify your preferred shipping date in this text box and press save; once you do that, follow through with your checkout process and you should be good to go!
