For a long time, my mom and sister were in the shop graciously volunteering by stamping bags (did you know that every bag is hand-stamped, mostly by my mother?). One day, I mentioned to my sister (Zoë) that I was looking to hire and asked if her husband wanted work. She quickly volunteered to take the job. She'd already interviewed, both by being family and by making bags for free for so long, so it was a no brainer. When she started, I told her what I've told anyone that has helped us out over the years, "Any mistake that you make, we've already made it, so don't worry about it." Well, we're 4 months into her employment and she hasn't made a mistake yet. Meanwhile, she finds mine on a regular basis.
So, without further adieu, here is a Q&A so you can get to know Zoë too.
