First off, I cannot thank you enough for thinking of Sagebrush Coffee this holiday season. We're working like crazy to get all of this coffee out and we couldn't be more thankful. I remember last Christmas season we had were so thankful to have help and we were still slammed. We worked around the clock to get the orders out and I'm not sure how we survived it. This year is busier than ever. We are so thankful to be this tired. So if you've sent me an email this week, I'm sorry that I haven't gotten back to you. I'll do my best to catch up very soon.
As busy as we've been, I just looked at the orders already scheduled for next week. We have Tuesday (12/19) & Wednesday (12/20) pretty well booked up. So, you are rapidly running out of time to get an order in and guarantee Christmas delivery.
USPS has this year's recommended shipping date for Christmas delivery on 12/20 and I encourage you to select that date when you check out.
Our plan Is to work backward. If you request 12/20 as your shipping date, we will do our best to ship your coffee that day. But if we fill up, we'll back it up to the 19th or even the 18th. Our #1 goal is to get you your coffee by Christmas, #2 is to get it as fresh as possible.
This will work on a first come first serve basis, so get your order in soon. I anticipate having to put up a note on the website that says we can no longer guarantee Christmas delivery and I hate to do that to you all.
