Tasting Notes: 


It seems like our trend with Honduras is that we grab Fair Trade Organics.  That is not on purpose as our article on coffee certifications would show.  However, when a coffee like this one stands out like it does its only a bonus.

As for tasting notes, this is yet another Swiss Water Process decaf that doesn't taste decaf.  I love the sweet cocoa that flows through this cup of coffee.  There is another hint of something in the cup that I could only place as a sweet syrupy fruit.  I chose apricots as my note for it, but it might just be a subtle sweet jam with the fruit being up to your discretion.
