This coffee is pleasantly creamy with a distinct lightly fruited chocolate undertone. A hint of sweet toastiness lingers on the tongue after your last sip. We sampled this coffee and weren't planning on buying another Guatemalan, but we were trying out a new importer. One taste and we knew we had to have it. Not only is it delicious as a drip coffee, but I think it is one of the most versatile coffees in the shop. It can be brewed in a French Press, as cold brew or even espresso and still stand out. Enjoy!
